Very efficient and smooth, it works via a USB-C cable and can be connected to a PC that is not charging.
It arrived super fast, works very well, fits the neck well.
Thank you.
Great thankyou
I am a cervical disc patient, and I am using it very well.
The electric steam pack is inconvenient because it can't maintain the temperature, but this product maintains the temperature until the battery capacity is fully used, which is very convenient.
Bought it as a gift for my mom. She really liked it, the gentle vibration and warmth are great. An excellent item to relieve tension. Very good price! Worth the money!

It's good that you can adjust the warmth according to your mood as weak, medium, or strong just by wrapping it around your neck on cold days.
It's nice to just wrap it around your neck on a cold day and adjust the warmth to weak, medium, or strong depending on how you feel.
It works wonderfully. It provides plenty of heat in the neck and shoulder area and greatly aids muscle relaxation in that region.

Well-made and works really well. You can feel the heat level adjustment. Even at the highest setting, it's not uncomfortable.
Great thankyou
a bit too big but still good to wear under clothing. The heat is fine and adjustable in three levels, can get very hot. Great for neck relaxation, highly recommended.
It works well and seems perfect for outdoor work. Highly recommended.

“I loved it. I've already tested the spray and it works very well. They sent it with cardboard protection around the product box, which is really nice. A perfect score of 10.”
