RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something is not right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it, with any original packaging or tags.
How to start a return
Email us at Sales@wolfvive.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and an address within 1 business day. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the funds. We will email you when the refund is on its way.
Exchanges
Need a different size or team color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order so you are not waiting. If you prefer a direct swap, just ask and we will help.
Items that cannot be returned
Personalized or custom printed items, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Used or worn items that are no longer in resaleable condition.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, that is on us. Send a photo to Sales@wolfvive.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no return shipping needed.
Return shipping costs
For a standard change of mind return, return shipping is covered by the customer. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover everything.
