SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from partner warehouses across North America so your order reaches you quickly.

Free delivery
We offer free standard delivery on every order across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Delivery times

Standard delivery (free): 3 to 5 business days for most orders. A small number of items may take slightly longer during peak match days, and we will let you know if that happens.
Express delivery: 2 business days, available at checkout for a flat 9.99 USD.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your package is on the move you will get a link by email so you can follow it to your door. If your tracking has not updated in 3 business days, reach out and we will look into it.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Some remote postal codes may require an extra day or two in transit.

Customs and duties
For cross border orders within North America, any applicable duties or taxes are handled in line with regional trade rules. In most cases there is nothing extra for you to pay on delivery.
