We ship from warehouses inside the United States so your order reaches you fast.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- $4.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $50
Delivery times
- Standard: 3–7 business days to all 50 US states
- Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days
Order processing Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Shipping destinations We currently ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or stolen packages If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement where appropriate.
